I have disabled the ad-block temporarily until the various paid political ads have run out of rotation. I apologize if any political ads that may have shown up on this site have offended you in any way.
EDIT: Now that the madness has passed, I have re-enabled the ad blocks. Help us out a little, click on one every now and then. 
Nexon has just announced that they will be patching Mabinogi tomorrow – Thursday, August 28. Patching will start at 9 AM Pacific (12 noon Eastern, 1600 GMT) and is expected to last 4.5 hours. This patch will affect all game servers as well as the Premium Shop. (The rest of the website will still remain operational however.)
The following is affected by this patch:
The Panda pet will no longer be available. If you already have purchased a Panda card, or have a Panda pet in-game, it will remain unaffected. However, after this patch, you will no longer be able to purchase Panda pets in the Premium Shop. So, if you want a Panda, better get it fast!
The following 5 pet types which were missing from the pet creation screen are now available for creation once again.
- Japanese bobtail
- Dalmation
- Silver fox
- Golden Retriever
- Light Russian Blue
Battle skills at 100% training can now be upgraded past level 6. (This fixes a bug introduced in G3S1 where skills could not be upgraded past level 6 if they were at 100% training.)
The Windmill skill training requirements, which were missing from in-game dialogues, are nowproperly displayed in-game. For reference, they are as follows:

Welcome to Voices of Erinn, my new podcast about the wonderful world of Mabinogi. For those uninitiated, Mabinogi is an MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role playing game) developed by Nexon, a Korean game studio probably most famous for their MapleStory 2-D side scrolling RPG. Mabinogi is a very innovative game in many ways. Its combat system is turn-based, and requires more strategy and planning and using of skills, special moves, etc. than a typical MMO. There are many things you can do in game besides fighting and exploring dungeons; a variety of Life Skills are available that you can use to craft various in-game articles, including clothing, armor/weapons, potions, and more. But most of all, it is absolutely FREE to play.
Sounds interesting? You’ll need a Windows PC (Or an Intel Mac capable of running Windows using Boot Camp) to play. Your machine doesn’t have to be the fastest in the world (a P3 with an older Nvidia or ATI graphics card will do).
